Register for a Library Card
Library cards are issued to Campbell County residents with proof of current, local address, and photo ID. If these are both on a Driver's License, this is acceptable. The first library card is free of charge to county residents. Out-of-county cards are also free. A parent/guardian signature is required for children under the age of 18. High school students ages 14-17 may obtain limited borrowing privileges, and a special limited card, without a parent's signature. If a photo ID is not available for a high school student, and valid contact and identification information can be verified, they may still obtain a limited card. A parent/guardian who signs for the card agrees to be responsible for all materials or equipment checked out on the minor's card and that they understand the Adult Collection is available to children. You may pick up your card at any CCPLS Branch at any time after submitting this form.
I will comply with all library rules and regulations. I will be responsible for all fines, damages, or loss of library materials.
I will give immediate notice of loss of card or change of name or address, etc. Balances are not refundable on lost or stolen cards.
Your library card may be used at any library in the State of Wyoming. When using other libraries, you must follow that library's circulation policies. If you need to update your information you may do so through WYLDCAT.
